We are an IT service provider for mid-sized companies, mainly businesses with 50 to 250 employees. At that size, IT is business-critical: server clusters, several locations, Microsoft 365 for everyone, and security as an ongoing task. We bring enterprise-grade solutions to the size of your business – and either support your own IT team or take over day-to-day operations entirely. Smaller companies benefit from the same experience. Our aim is simple: your IT should just work, without you having to think about it.
Support in English is part of our daily business. Many of our customers have international teams, and some are based outside Germany. Our service desk, our emails and our on-site work are in German or English – whichever your people prefer.

We advise, supply hardware and licences, set everything up – and keep running it afterwards.
Ongoing care of your IT: monitoring, patch management, maintenance and backup. Monitoring reports likely failures in advance instead of confirming them afterwards. We can run your IT completely or work co-managed alongside your in-house team – including cover during holidays and sick leave.
Managed next-generation firewalls from Sophos and WatchGuard, endpoint protection, and MDR (managed detection and response) from Sophos or WatchGuard, where the manufacturer’s team monitors your systems around the clock. How far they may intervene – from reporting only to acting directly – is agreed with you in advance.
Licensing as a Microsoft CSP Partner, day-to-day administration, securing accounts and access, a backup of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams that is independent of Microsoft, and consistent email signatures across all devices with CodeTwo. We also run large SharePoint environments.
A backup tells you whether your data still exists. It does not tell you when your people can work again – and that is the question that matters in an emergency. We plan both: the backup itself, stored in data centres in Germany, and how your systems get back up and running.
Servers, shared storage and clusters, networks and Wi-Fi – planned, installed and operated. We also design and install audio and video systems together with a specialist partner.
Business phone systems based on 3CX: as a 3CX Silver Partner we plan, migrate and operate your phone system, including the apps for Windows, browser and smartphone.
Costs: our managed products have fixed prices. For full IT service contracts, we first carry out an assessment of your environment and then make you an offer that fits it – not a package. Questions about data protection and regulation, such as the EU’s NIS2 directive, we handle together with our partner Trigonum; we implement the technical measures in your systems.
Our office is in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. We are on site regularly in Hamburg and northern Germany; day-to-day operations run via remote support, which does not depend on distance. That is why we look after customers across Germany, in Austria, elsewhere in Europe and in the USA. When work has to be done on site, we travel – and tell you beforehand how we will handle it.
One example: for a private yacht of more than 50 metres, we designed and installed the network as well as the audio and video systems, in a project that ran for three and a half years. We still support the yacht regularly today, wherever it is berthed – in Turkey, France or Spain.
Where processes and data depend on IT, availability counts. Among other things, we run the SharePoint environment of a hospital with around 2,500 users.
Strict requirements and little room for downtime – access protection, backup and traceability come first.
Several locations, warehouses, production – network, server clusters and firewall have to work together.
Network, audio and video on board – planned, installed and supported wherever the vessel happens to be.
